Baked seitan with a sweet mustard sauce
Ingredients

- 1 slice of seitan per person
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Shoyu
- Wheat syrup
Preparation
Put some flour on all sides of the slice of seitan. Then bake it with some oil in a pan.
Mix the shoyu with the mosterd, wheat syrup and water.
When both sides of the seitan are baked to a crisp, you need to pour the mustard mixture on top of it. Leave in the pan for another 5 minutes to simmer.
